I highly recommend this for children with autism and/or ADHD. These are amazing. My neurodivergent children struggle not only with sleeping but also with winding down. These dissolve on the tongue and have a pleasant taste, which is a win given my children's avoidant restrictive food intake disorder and sensory processing difficulties. Administering them 30 minutes before bedtime ensures they drift off readily. This method is much more effective than relying on pharmaceutical medication, with no adverse side effects. The brand is also reliable and of good quality. 10/10 recommend.

Improved sleep quality
Just WOW! After reading various reviews online, I decided to order this miracle for my mum and grandmother who suffer from sleep disorders. They often struggle to fall asleep, and when they do, their sleep is very sensitive, waking up over minor disturbances and unable to return to sleep. Initially sceptical about melatonin and similar supplements, they decided to give it a chance. To my delight, it genuinely works; they now sleep soundly and awaken refreshed in the morning. I've stopped hearing complaints about insomnia, and my two beloved family members are noticeably happier and more cheerful. Conclusion - I will definitely order more!!!
